A little about me...
I’ve been a certified Pilates instructor since 2014, and my love for movement really started long before that—I was a dancer, which is what first drew me to Pilates. What began as a way to support my training quickly became something much bigger. For me, exercise is a form of meditation—my happy place—and I genuinely love what I do.
In 2020, my family and I relocated to Vancouver, where we created a warm, intimate home studio. It’s the perfect space for me to continue doing the work I love while staying close to my husband and our two young children.
My approach is all about personalization. Every session is tailored to you, with thoughtful modifications to ensure your workout is both effective and safe—no matter your age, experience, or fitness level.
Pilates focuses on control, precision, and flow. It’s not about how many reps you do, but how well you do them. We work from the “powerhouse”—the deep core muscles—to build strength, improve mobility, and create better overall body awareness.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me spending time in the mountains with my family or cozying up with a good book.
