Pilates Flow

Mondays 10:00am

Each mat class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility. I pull from my background as a dance instructor to design workouts that flow from one exercise to the next. This class is designed in two thirty minute segments: the first half hour teaches your the flow, the second half hour advances the exercises!
